Answer: Remote working/Work-from-home model entirely depends on the Job role the candidate is looking for. We do prefer you come to the office to ensure uninterrupted communication between the teams. Business Development Managers, Accountants, HRs, Video-Editors, Photographers, Cinematographers, or WordPress Developers are required to work from the office. Whereas Social Media Managers, Paid Ads Managers, Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, and Copywriters can work from home. We believe in a hybrid method wherein you can work from home on certain days and work from the office on the other days.


Step 1: The candidate needs to fill in their details on the GrowthGravy Career Page choosing the right role:

Step 2: The Talent Acquisition team will send in an email where you have to fill in a Google form with all the details mentioned.

Step 3: The team will share an assignment that you have to complete within the set deadline.

Step 4: The interview process will take about 1-2 weeks. You will be instructed further by the Talent Acquisition team
