Objectives of the Role:

• Should possess a blend of interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
• Should have the ability to envision short term and long terms goals for the team and organisation
• Got to manage everyday operation activities such as Cost parameters, Client servicing, Payment Recovery, and Team Development
• Be responsible to develop long term relationships with various stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Create business plans and develop business strategies to achieve the business goals
• Closely work with campaign managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
• Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
• Oversee employees and give them constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement
• Suggest improvements in order to upgrade for company operations process

Requirements :

• Education : Management Degree preferred.
• Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
• Experience : 2 to 3 years
